Heart University Training

Heart University was created to provide a learning system in which executives can develop their leadership skills. Through a series of training courses, videos, e learning and self-paced opportunities, executives improve their skills. At Heart of America Restaurants & Inns it is our belief that when we do what is best for our executives, it will also be what is best for the company.

Heart University professors are senior executives with years of experience in leadership positions at Heart of America and in the hospitality industry. They continuously demonstrate passion for their work and a commitment to excellence. Professors travel to nearby restaurants and hotels to facilitate training seminars on a regular basis. Seminars range in length from 2 to 4 hours and are held in various locations company-wide.
